This is just to inform everyone that the demoparty Main 2008 is accepting remote entries for its music competition.
Feel free to submit your contributions for the chip music (3 minutes max, SID/SNDH/SAP/NSF/ABG or VTX formats - for sid please specify 6581 or 8580) and streaming music (4 minutes max, mp3 or ogg formats of at least 192kbps) competitions. 
Ofcourse we are also accepting remote entries for the other competitions as well - so feel free to grace us with your intros (...)

Today, the following news was displayed on nectarine:

This morning a script kiddie hacked nectarine.
He did post a hint on the vulnerability in the oneliner before trashing everything.
The whole Database is deleted, backup too. The only one i have is from august and doesn't include the mp3 streaming engine and some old nectarine datas.
Last week end my local HD crashed. I find the time to buy a new one but not to make a local backup. Was too stupid ... (...)
