In fact after thinking about it for some time, this is perhaps the best small intro I have ever seen.

Best 1k ever - deserves to be in top ten ever productions. I guess you are using a tuned version of Crinkler for 1k mentor? Anyway, killer, absolute killer.

The only common point with crinkler is the linking step. The packer, depacker and importing code are all new. This new specialized packer saved me a lot of space ~140bytes, which at least for me is the major achievement in this intro.
A fun fact is that the decompressor code is so slow that this compression technique is infeasible even for 4k's :)

looks great, but crashes here. If you have a non-1k version, I'd like to check it out

stormbringer: have you read the system requirements in the nfo? What is your system configuration and do both versions crash?

yop.. I have this, it may be the packer. I also had problems with kkrunchy on some systems, that's why I posted that request (if possible)

windows explorer crashes... but I'm quite sure it's the packer that causes this, PM me if you want an error message

Just great.
How let you collapse the spheres? Is is an animated 3d noise which is included in spheres and raytraced like isosurfaces?
